常見問題
1. 如未成為會友/ 會證已過期，可以登記優先報名抽籤嗎？
優先報名抽籤只限會證有效期為2/5/26或以後之會友登記，如未成為會友/會證已過期，請先申請入會或續會。即將逾期之會證可提前三個月申請續會，會籍將按原有日期延續計算。

2. 如抽到的報名時間未能到來，可以提前報名嗎？
已登記之會友必須按公佈之時段或以後辦理報名(最遲當日21:00前)，逾時者會以當時進行中時段之最後一位作安排，不可提前辦理。
3. 優先報名日當天可以什麼方式付款？
報名日接受VISA、EPS或現金付款。如以支票付款，抬頭請填寫「香港中華基督教青年會」或「Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong」，背面請填寫參加者姓名、會證編號及電話號碼。恕不接受期票。
4. 是否只需為子女登記優先報名？當天可報名多少項活動？
優先報名日只為已登記之會友辦理報名，家庭會籍也須逐一以個別姓名登記，如家長參與暑期活動或報名成為同行者，亦請先作登記。
每位已登記會友可報名之活動數目不設限制，惟「優先報名日」當天只辦理暑期活動/7-8月兒童訓練程序之報名，其他類別（如：7-8月成人恆常訓練程序/7-8月游泳班）報名申請須按時（並建議當天以外）辦理。
5. 如有多位會友想於相同時段報名，該如何登記？
所有合併登記之會友必須符合登記資格。請一併於網上登記(最多六位)。
細則：
１）會友在參與活動期間須持有有效會證，逾期者敬請及早更新。
２）部分暑期活動於5月31日或之前報名可享有九五折優惠。所有6月1日或之後之暑期活動轉班申請，均會以正價收取費用(須付行政費另補回正價差額)。

FAQ
- Can I register for Priority Enrollment if I am not yet a member/ my membership has expired？
Priority Enrollment Registration is only available to members with membership valid on or after 2 May 2026. If you are not a member yet/ your membership has expired, please arrange for membership application or renewal in advance. Membership renewal can be made within 3 months in advance to the expiry date. Membership will be extended from the original date of expiry.

- If I cannot come according to the assigned time session, can I enroll in advance?
All registered members have to enroll according to the time session or at a time later than the assigned (no later than 21:00). Late comers will be assigned the last seats of the time session as they arrive.
- In what ways can I make the payment on the day?
Payments can be made in cash, EPS or VISA. Waiting time may be slightly longer. Please reserve adequate time for the enrollment procedures. You may also make your payment in a cheque payable to “Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong”, stating the name of participant, membership number, and contact number at the back of the cheque. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.
- Do I only have to register for my children? How many activities/courses can I enroll in on that day?
All members enrolling on the Priority Enrollment Day must register in advance. Each family member has to register individually. If parents are also participating in our Summer programmes, please register as well.Number of activities/ courses to be applied is not limited, however, only enrollment for Summer programmes/ Jul-Aug Children Training Courses will be processed on the Priority Enrollment Day. It is recommended that other applications (eg. Jul-Aug Adult Regular Training Courses/ Jul-Aug Swimming Courses) shall be done on other days and according to the enrollment schedule.
- If 2 or more members wish to attain the same enrollment time slot, what should be done?
You may submit registration for a max. of 6 eligible members to be assigned the same time session.
Terms and Conditions
1) Members have to maintain valid membership during the entire programme/ course period. Please renew if membership is soon to expire.
2) Enjoy 5% off Early Bird Discount for a selection of Summer Programme on or before 31/5. Original course fee will be charged for Course Transfer of Summer Programmes on or after 1/6. (Members have to make up for the balance difference. Administration fee applies)
